Descendant of the legendary Apologue and Epilogue speakers, the Gaïa active speaker follows in the footsteps of its predecessors and offers even more powerful and innovative sound quality.
Designed in collaboration with French designer Cécile Barani, Gaïa marks the beginning of a new generation of iconic Gaïa speakers. Originating from Greek mythology, Gaia represents the Earth, mother of life and divine creatures. Its abrupt, sculpture-like shape and curved sides confer a mineral, unchanging and timeless appearance. Refined, powerful and titanic are the characteristics of this new flagship speaker made by Goldmund.
The Gaïa pair consists of five independent speakers mounted one on top of the other, reaching a height of 2.10m. Each speaker is equipped with eight drivers and eight channels of Telos amplification.
Using state-of-the-art technology, one part of the drivers is directed towards the front of the speaker and the other towards the back, resulting in a a natural, powerful and very accurate sound system..
Built entirely in aluminium, Gaïa is both sonically and aesthetically clear. A majestic figure adorned with straight lines similar to the texture of rock, Gaïa has been ingeniously manufactured without any visible fixtures, demonstrating once again the diligence and rigour of our Swiss Maison.

The all-new for 2023 Tannoy Stirling III LZ improves on the legendary 10″ Alnico design that has won critical acclaim for over 70 years. The new dual concentric driver performs to an even higher level through the use of modern ferrite with copper demodulation rings and a high flux magnetic circuit.
Designed and manufactured in the UK, the Tannoy Stirling III LZ Special Edition speaker aims at reproducing music exactly as the artists intended it to sound. It traces lineage to the Tannoy III LZ (Monitor Red), which has been cherished in homes since the 1960’s. Epic albums by artists such as Peter Gabriel, Led Zeppelin, The Eagles, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Beyonce, and many more, have been mixed and mastered on Tannoy studio monitors.
The Stirling III LZ Special Edition uses the pepperpot waveguide Dual Concentric Alnico Magnet design. Dual Concentric design was invented by Tannoy in 1947 and with this true point source, the entire frequency spectrum originates from a single point, as both drivers are on the exact same axis. This approach ensures unmatched off-axis performance, as well as pristine phase coherence.
In order to be able to compensate for acoustically challenged spaces, the III LZ has a frequency control system on the front of the speakers. Front-firing bass ports allow the III LZ to be placed against walls or in corners without sonic compromises.
The enclosure of the Stirling III LZ is made following some of the original III LZ design characteristics but benefits from new high-density materials that weren’t available back in the 1960s. The resulting cabinet provides extreme rigidity to control low-frequency performance and boasts extensive bracing incorporating DMT (Differential Materials Technology) for proper driver coupling. It is finished in an oiled walnut veneer.
Each Stirling III LZ Special Edition is handcrafted by Tannoy’s highly skilled team of artisans.

英国で設計・製造されたタンノイのスピーカー「Stirling III LZ Special Edition」は、アーティストが意図したとおりの音楽を再現することを目的としています。1960年代から家庭で愛されてきたTannoy III LZ（モニターレッド）の系譜を受け継いでいます。ピーター・ガブリエル、レッド・ツェッペリン、イーグルス、ピンク・フロイド、ビートルズ、ビヨンセなど、多くのアーティストの名盤がタンノイのスタジオモニターでミックス・マスタリングされています。
Stirling III LZ Special Editionは、ペッパーポット・ウェーブガイドのDual Concentric Alnico Magnetデザインを採用しています。デュアルコンセントリックデザインは1947年にタンノイが発明したもので、この真の点音源では、両方のドライバーが全く同じ軸上にあるため、周波数スペクトル全体が1つの点から発生します。このアプローチにより、比類のない軸外性能と、原始的な位相コヒーレンスが保証されます。
