The unchanged, outstanding audio sections of the amplifier 700 and 710 have been combined with the innovative power supply technology already applied to the Series 5 products. Four fully regulated switched mode power supply units with 600VA each (total 2’400VA) combined with more then 1Farad capacitance (>1’000’000 micoFarad) ensure perfectly stable conditions for the amplifier circuits. Consequently the stability and precision of the voltage amplifier could be increased considerably, following the soulution philosophy: Errors that do not occur in the first place do not have to be controlled by compensation circuits later on. The advantages are obvious!
