Parallel push-pull output with precise transistor pairs
厳密なトランジスタペアによるパラレルプッシュプル出力段
Focusing on the curve of change in current gain (hfe) against current change during music playback, we performed strict transistor pairing by aligning this, and realized an ideal parallel push-pull close to a single push-pull. The output stage transistors use a pair of industrial TO3 (metal can type) transistors used in the M-3. In order to easily drive the two TO3 transistors, a TO3P transistor is also used in the driver stage, resulting in a total of four-stage Darlington configuration.
音楽再生時の電流変化に対する電流増幅率（hfe）の変化カーブに着目し，これを揃えることで厳密なトランジスタペアリングを行い、シングルプッシュプルに近い理想的なパラレルプッシュプルを実現しました。出力段のトランジスタにはM-3で採用した産業用TO3（メタルキャンタイプ）トランジスタのペアを採用。また2つのTO3トランジスタを軽々とドライブするために、ドライバー段にもTO3Pトランジスタを採用し、トータル4段ダーリントン構成としました。
