It has come to our attention that there are some counterfeit versions of our AE500 Black for salein mainland China and Taiwan, on online platforms such as TaoBao, Ruten, and Yahoo.
We would remind consumers to be vigilant against these counterfeit goods. As they will not bebuilt to the same quality and crucially won’t sound as good as a genuine Acoustic Energy product.Furthermore we will not support spare parts or warranty claims on these counterfeit goods,andthere will be no help available from our network of authorised distributors and retailers.
Please report any suspicious listings of Acoustic Energy products and help us to stamp out theseinferior quality products and protect our loyal customers.
